长安大学基于车-路耦合系统动力学机理的车载联网路面平整度检测技术研究

本项目基于多体系统动力学、弹粘性动力学理论,针对车辆在路面行驶的实际情况,建立基于整车动力分析,考虑路面不平顺激励、车辆非匀速运动、车辆载重、车轮所受激励相关性等因素的车-路耦合系统动力学模型,分析在不同路面条件下行驶车辆的振动加速度响应;利用遗传算法等建立振动加速度指标与路面平整度的国际标准(IRI)或其他标准(如路面功率 谱密度PSD)间对应的关系式,形成基于车辆振动加速度的路面平整度指标。设计集成车辆振动测试、路面影像录制、GPS定位等多功能车载路面状况检测实验,开发基于互联网,集成数据实时收集与传输的计算机软件程序包及通信程序,实现车辆在路面行驶过程中的路面状况巡检及相关测试数据的采集、汇总及传输。将道路巡检任务下放到每辆行驶在路上的车辆上,基于数据众筹的构想,构建众筹模式下的车载联网路面平整度实时检测平台。

In this project, based on the multibody system dynamics, the elastic-viscous dynamics theory and the actual situation of vehicles running on the pavement, considering the pavement irregularity excitation, the vehicle velocity, the vehicle load, the correlation factors of pavement excitation motivated by wheel , the dynamics model of the vehicle-pavement coupling system is established on the basis of the full-car model. And then the vibration acceleration response of the vehicle is calculated under the different road conditions. Using the genetic algorithms, the corresponding relationship between vibration acceleration index and the international pavement roughness index (IRI) or other standard (such as pavement power spectral density, PSD) is proposed. The test for surveying pavement condition, integrated vehicle vibration testing, video recording and GPS positioning, is designed. With the development of Network/web-based road condition system for real-time collection and transmission of data, the pavement condition inspection, the related test data collection, aggregation and transmission can be implemented in the process of vehicles running on the road. The pavement condition surveys is performed by each vehicle running on the pavement. Based on the crowd-sourcing, the vehicle-network real-time platform for monitoring pavement roughness is established.
